SHIPPING FAQ

1. How long does it take for you to ship an order?

Typically I can have an order done and ready to ship the next business day if the order is placed before 2PM EST. 

2. What days do you ship?

I ship orders Monday through Friday, usually.

During the summer (approx. May-September), since I use only organic base ingredients, and no preservatives or synthetic binding ingredients, some products may have a tendency to become soft or melt during the summer (lip balms, face balm, etc.). I only ship these products Monday-Thursday to prevent the package from becoming stuck in hot shipping facilities.

3.  What happens if my package becomes lost in the mail?

I am not responsible for packages once they have been marked "shipped". If your package becomes lost once "shipped" you will have to contact the shipping carrier for further information. I have no control over how your package gets to you. 

4. What happens if I used the wrong address when I checked out?

If you used the wrong address during check-out and the package has been marked as shipped, I am not responsible for it and you must place another order (please contact me though, there is a chance I can cancel the order in time so the mistake can be fixed). BUT, if you notice the mistake before the package has been shipped, PLEASE email me ASAP! I will be able to fix it in time. 

 

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, & REFUNDS:

1. Can I return my order?

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, please contact me! I want to make sure you are completely happy with your order. I cannot take returns due to the nature of the products, but I can offer a refund if you are truly unhappy. 

2. Can I get a refund?

If you are truly unhappy with your order, I can offer you a refund within 14 days of your package being marked "Delivered", or if this is absent, when you receive your order. 

After this time period I am unable to accommodate a refund.

3. Can I cancel my order?

I do not take cancellations. Since I am a small, one-woman business, often times if you order something during the day I am already making your order within an hour and will have it shipped out within a few hours or the next day. Thank you for understanding!
